Assign a plan

PUT 
/v2/administration/organizations/:organizationId/billing/assign-self-hosted-plan

Assigns a self-hosted plan to an organization. If plan is free, it's assigned as active plan.If the plan is not free, it will make it visible for the organization, so they can subscribe to it.
