Unassign a plan

PUT 
/v2/administration/organizations/:organizationId/billing/unassign-cloud-plan/:planId

Make plan invisible for organization when not subscribed to. Or unassign the plan if is free or trial. If plan is registered in stripe, you will have to cancel it via stripe and then unassign it when required.
