Get project contributors

GET 
/v2/projects/:projectId/contributors

Returns users who have activity on the project but are not currently its members. Deleted and disabled users are excluded. Sortable by lastContributionAt and firstContributionAt only; any other sort property falls back to lastContributionAt descending.
