Get entry counts for a set of translation memories

GET 
/v2/organizations/:organizationId/translation-memories/entry-counts

Returns the entry count for each requested TM id (stored + virtual). Unknown ids are omitted from the response. Separate from the list endpoint so the list can render without waiting on the per-TM virtual-row aggregation.
